14K Gold Classic Figaro Chain

The chain is advertised as 14 karat gold not filled not plated. Well that’s not actually true. I would really appreciate a refund.

Fake 14kt no gold at all i want my money back

The chain is not 14 karat gold. I took it to a jeweler and they were able to tell that it was fake. I emailed or weld twice regarding making a return and getting a refund, but they have not contacted me back yet and that was a week ago. I am very disappointed and angry that this company is allowed to advertise items as solid 14 karat gold and then send some fake metal thing.
