14K Gold Rope Chain

I like the bracelet because it looks authentic with the clasp but the necklace does not look authentic because it shows the ends of the rope and its to far apart THE NECKLACE SHOULD LOOK JUST LIKE THE BRACELET, on the connection part

Upon opening the package the items looked very cheap in quality! The ad through which I purchased the items was very misleading stating the jewelry was multi layer played in 14k gold and fade proof! There are no 14k stamps on the jewelry and i do not believe looking at the quality that it would resist fading! I would not purchase again!

I want a full refund i paid for a completely different product apparently.. looks nothing like waht your website offers there is not one 14k stamp the clasp isn't the same the 8 mm rope is flaking the Cuban chain looks copper. Very deceiving and disappointing! Order #22246
