14K Gold Monaco Cuban Chain

BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered a bunch of stuff from Ouro 3 weeks ago woth the fast shipping option and ship protect and they still havent shipped it. When i asked for a refund they said that it takes up to 15 days to receive an order but it was already over that time limit. Still no refund. Guess im just out a bunch of money.

I want a full refund i paid for a completely different product apparently.. looks nothing like waht your website offers there is not one 14k stamp the clasp isn't the same the 8 mm rope is flaking the Cuban chain look copper. Very deceiving and disappointing! Order #22246 if i could put the pictures of what they sent me up on here I would!!!
