Vintage Gold Ring

I dislike that it took too long to arrive. Also, I saw the same jewelry on Temu. So my question is: was it fake advertising? It comes from China and is cheaper on Temu, so how can you say it’s handmade by a couple in America?

The ring does resemble picture but the stones are hard to see on the actual ring and the gold color is extremely bright which makes it look fake/cheap. Overall the ring is nice but not as classy as shown in the picture.
