I just got this and made an iced cortado, 20g in 40g out. 2:1 w/ oat milk. It tastes incredible! Probably my favorite roast since the mango co-ferment. It's really giving candy hearts imo.

Amazing!
One of those beans that makes you remember why you take the risk on the funky coffees.
It's fun and good. Only used as espresso so far, but plan on dialing it in as a pour over soon.
As an espresso, the nuttiness of the steamed milk reminds you of the butter cookies with the jammy center.
