Les couteaux de la forge Shirou Kunimitsu sont exceptionnels. La finition Kurouchi est vraiment agréable à voir/toucher, la légèreté des couteaux est surprenante et l'équilibre parfait. Je découvre le simple biseau avec joie et j'apprécie la qualité de sa coupe. Pour finir le tranchant est parfait. Merci et bonne continuation à cette forge qui produit des pièces de caractères. Im very pleased with my order. I have never used Japanese knives before. They have been the best experience I've ever had in the kitchen. Cutting sweet potatoes and carrots has never been this easy. Almost effortless. Truly amazing. Please thank the knifesmiths for me. I will cherish them for years to come. Thank you, I just received my knife, it was so beautiful, untill I cut my first tomato and cucumber and it turned brown:( I am trying to wash it, but its not going away, not sure what I did wrong. Also my sharpening stone came broken, I think extra stickers like : “ Fragile” “ Handle with care” would be beneficial for such long and rough transportation. I made some pictures to share with master, let me know which format to use to send them. I still will be using this knife with Love and respect to handmade ancient craft.
