Titan One review
It's been a few weeks since getting my Titan. I paid the high price to get what, according to what I've heard, is the best ball machine out there. I'm disappointed! It's not consistent in feeling balls. What this means is that sometimes, in the exact setting, it throws balls into the net, off target, or out of bounds. Also, occasionally it feeds several balls within a fraction of a second of each other, even though the feed rate is set to 2, 3, or higher seconds. The Remote 2 is also a disappointment. After just a few seconds, it goes to sleep, meaning it loses its link to the machine. So, during a drill, the instructions say to hold the center button to stop the drill. Well, the remote went to sleep and is no longer connected to the machine. You actually have to press the center button to reconnect to the machine, then press and hold it again to stop the drill. Not what I expect from supposedly a top-of-the-line ball machine.

Really good but room for improvement
Overall, the ball machine is excellent and performs very well on court. The ball feed is consistent, the shots are reliable, and from a training perspective it’s a very solid product. That said, there are a few smaller details that I would personally improve or adjust. First, the ball capacity. The website states that the machine holds up to 130 balls. In practice, however, when I load around 130 balls, the top lid no longer closes properly. This makes transporting the machine quite difficult, especially if you want everything securely closed. Second, when the protective cover is on, the transport handle cannot be extended. This is a bit unfortunate, because it means the machine can only be transported comfortably without the cover. For me, this is sometimes inconvenient—especially when it’s raining and I would prefer to keep the machine protected. Another point is the remote control. It’s possible that I haven’t fully figured it out yet and need to take another look at the manual, but my experience so far is that it feels unintuitive and somewhat clunky to use. This slightly reduces the overall user experience during training sessions. One additional ergonomic detail concerns the power button. It is placed in the upper left area of the machine, which often leads to me pressing it unintentionally when I try to extend the transport handle. This can be a bit frustrating during setup. Relocating the power button to the lower left or lower right side could potentially solve this issue. On the positive side, the app is very good. It works smoothly, is intuitive, and I have nothing negative to say about it. Finally, one small mechanical suggestion: I would slightly increase the angle inside the machine that guides the balls into the feeding mechanism. I regularly notice that around three to five balls get stuck in the cut-out area, which is likely designed for holding a tennis racket. Adjusting that angle could help prevent this issue.
