Clean contact isn’t luck. It’s habits.
The pros don’t just have better hands. They make the same five things automatic, which is why the ball comes off their paddle clean shot after shot.
1. Eyes on the contact point, even after the ball is gone
2. Paddle up, swing short
3. Meet the ball out in front
4. Feet set before the ball arrives
5. Loose grip, steady paddle face
Pick one and work on it at your next session. Then swipe to the last slide to see how the SLYCE SpeedCap lowers your paddle’s balance point so it feels quicker in your hand.
Which habit do you need most? Drop the number below.
Save this for your next drill session.

Your paddle got heavier. So why doesn’t it feel better?
Because the scale only tells you half the story.
Static weight is what the scale says. Swing weight is what your hand feels: how hard the paddle is to swing, stop and redirect. And swing weight depends on where the weight sits.
Weight out at the tip is felt on every single swing. Same grams, twice as far from your hand, and it’s roughly 4x harder to swing. That’s why tape up top can leave you late in hand battles, slow on resets and tired by the end of the game.
The weight isn’t the problem. The location is. Move it toward your hand and you keep the stable, solid feel while the head moves quicker.
That’s what the SLYCE SpeedCap does. It replaces your stock butt cap and puts the weight right at the handle, lowering your paddle’s balance point.
Heavier where it helps. slycesport.com
Save this for your next tuning session, and send it to the partner who keeps adding tape before every match.

Fast hands aren’t born. They’re trained.
SLYCE Overload™ clamps onto the paddle you already play with and adds controlled resistance. That means no separate training paddle and no getting used to a new shape or grip. Your hands train on the same feel they use in matches.
Choose your Overload:
2 oz → Speed: hand speed, reactions and faster resets
4 oz → Strength: power, stability and explosive acceleration
Use both → Progressive overload
Attach it. Train. Remove it. Play faster.
Use it for hand battles, counters, reset drills, speed-ups and wall drills. Take it off when you’re done, and your game paddle feels lighter and quicker through the hitting zone.
Fits 14 mm and 16 mm paddles. From $54.

Train heavy. Play fast.

Is your paddle working against you?
If you feel a step late in hand battles or your arm is cooked by game three, your paddle may be too head heavy. When too much weight sits up at the face, the paddle is harder to start, stop, and control.
The fix isn’t a new paddle. It’s moving the balance point.
The SLYCE SpeedCap replaces your stock butt cap with a weighted cap at the end of the handle. That lowers the balance point, so your paddle feels more stable in your hand and quicker to move.
• Faster hands at the kitchen
• Solid, stable feel
• More control on dinks and resets
• Less effort per swing
Available in 15g, 18g SLIM, and 28g. Fits most major paddle brands and installs in under 5 minutes.
