Rodrigo Sanchez - Passion Fruit

Better than expected - its mango passion fruit coffee but for some reason it works so well. Will be ordering again. Not very funky at all, but not traditional coffee at all as well.

Tried different grinds and ratios. Tried brewing less beans and more beans. Nearing a month of resting after roast date, but this bag doesn't seem to be getting much better. Tasty but disappointed in passion fruit being MIA. Getting some mango lassi and some jam, but zero passion fruit candy. Passion fruit aroma is there but doesn't seem to show up in the cup. Only vague, fleeting tropical fruit. Maybe Hawaiian passion fruit is just different from what was used to co-ferment?

This is a very complex and delightfully coffee and has floral and fruity notes with the slightest amount of booziness. My family who normally doesn't like black coffee loves this coffee and will be definitely be buying more when I have an opportunity.
