Pretty fruity (blueberrry foward) with more emphasis on the “whip” (sweet). Enjoyable for both espresso and pour over.

Has become our daily driver for espresso. Consistently awesome! The blueberry and cool whip are very present in the cup

The tasting notes are spot on, and you can recognize blueberry and Cool Whip just from smelling it. I’m making this as an espresso in a flat white. The taste comes through brilliantly, and the texture is comfortingly creamy. This is an excellent first experience with Perc coffees for me.
