Very quiet and cools awsum

The mini-split installation process was very straight-forward. I was surprised by how quiet the unit ran and was able to cool my sun room very quickly. I am very pleased with the unit and would recommend it to everyone.

I bought the 12,000 btu package. The install was easy. Had trouble with the outside unit. Called customer service they put me on a list for a service technician to call. It took a few hours but they were extremely helpful and kind. Sent me out a new outside unit at no coast and no hassle. I would buy again and highly recommended the company. Overall great experience
