TurboCool™ Misting Fan 765S

This is what I have been waiting for. My bedroom has high ceilings and the a/c vent is under the bed so it's hard to cool off my room but with this misting fan, it helps lower the temperature and helps the a/c cool my room. The only problem is I wish I knew of this sooner!!

After a few hours of use you can see a cloudiness in your room from the mist it puts out and it's great. The room feels cooler and a lot fresher than without the fan . Don't think I could do without it now. It was delivered quickly and boxed up securely. Just love it.

I'll start with the pros: it's very quiet even at full speed, yet still throws a good amount of air. The misting feature is as cool (pun intended) as they say - it really helps cool the skin down without making anything feel damp around it. Works amazingly well for indoor exercising. There's a good amount of customization between fan speeds and the amount of mist. But there are a couple of cons. #1, even when the water tank is empty, it's HEAVY. you won't be dragging this thing around much from room to room; they made that base solid as heck. #2 WARNING: the water tank is not secured AT ALL. Your handle to move the fan around is on the back of the top, which means tipping it forward. Not thinking the water tank would just slip out but... Yes, I dumped about 1/4 gallon of water on my carpet. You guys need some kind of click-in system for that water tank to keep it secure!! But now that I know that I'll be more careful. It's still a great fan.
