Everything you have heard is true.
If your throttle arm tends to go numb before your backside does 😀 then the Atlas is just what you need. Easy to fit and use. It enhances comfort, and therefore safety, by giving your arm a rest once in a while. I have been using it all summer and can highly recommend this product.

DRZ400s Throttle Lock review
The 1st thing you need to do is read the instructions thoroughly. It took me a couple of times to get the jist of how to fit it. The 1st fit I applied the medium pad. This was ok when not moving. Unfortunately when out on a ride it slipped. I then applied the thickest pad which improved, but was not perfect. The problem was the smoothness of the material the pad was being pushed onto. The problem was resolved by roughening up the surface with some sandpaper. Problem solved and I now have a one handed working throttle lock that remains in position.

Atlas top kit for gsxr 600 (TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE)
I have been sitting on weather to get one of these for a long time and finally bite the bullet so I went ahead and ordered my kit which I selected the bottom kit because I thought it would be quite bulky but it's not, its actually quite thin and sleek looking!! Any how the fella who was sorting my order called Josh Hopkins emailed me telling me how the bottom kit would hit the tank when on full lock right and suggested I get the top kit in which I replied,as soon as I got the message and he shipped it as soon as he could. So customer service in my option was very helpful and saved alot of hassle and the item it self is a no brainer, I had a cheap one which you tighten round the grip and push it against your brake leaver but they are in the way and quite quickly start slipping causing the revs to drop!! NOT with atlas I can finally sit back and let the bike do the riding and save my hand from throttle wrist pain!! Over the moon, thanks to Josh at atlas!!
