The unit is excellent. Everything works as advertised. When I received it though, the panel that covers the start switch was broken in several places. Again, this does not keep it from working. Contacted customer support and was told they do not stock this part. Asked if they could order it for me and was told it would take a long time. I said that was fine. I can wait. Instead, I was issued a $50 refund with no promise to actually order the piece. Now, they've stopped responding to me. I love the unit, but I am concerned about the ability and willingness of the company to provide parts.

Everything works perfect when I hook it up thank you. And your support was fantastic. And your tech-support was great as well.
