I love my Pilates Kit

I love my mini Pilates kit! At 62, I was finding myself getting stiffer with more aches and pains. I joined a Pilates studio- which I love- but spend my summers at a remote cottage in Canada. This kit is great , along with the member portal where I can follow the 28 day program videos. I’m finding it challenging and I have to take rest breaks but that shows me I’m working at the level I need to and I have lots of room for improvement. I don’t have doors that are in convenient locations to work out so my husband installed 2 big hooks in the wall/framing - one at waist height and one at head height. This arrangement works perfectly. I look forward to seeing and feeling the benefits soon!
