Disappointed

I was very disappointed with the customer service regarding my latest order from Balanced Body. What a disappointment. I have owned my Pilates studio since 2008, and I have purchased all of my equipment from Balanced Body. I have noticed that as the years have gone by the customer service has gotten worse; the reps don't listen as well and are not as able to help find solutions. The products are beautifully made and of the highest quality; unfortunately the customer service is disappointing.
