The resistance bands are too loose and have no resistance. I have to step on the board to use them at all. The app isnt letting me use my free trial and is now listed as way more expensive per year than advertised when I bought. And the $25 gift card can’t be used on the yearly subscription, which is a shame because there’s nothing more I wish to buy since I ordered so many extras with my original purchase.

The customer service for this company lies. Ordered by mistake. There was no way to cancel the order. The only way to return. The order is if I was going to pay for shipping out-of-pocket attempted to call and contact via email in less than five minutes to request that the order be canceled. It did not happen. I received an email from customer service stating that I would be refunded a portion of my purchase if I’m not mistaken at least 15% as of today, July 17 that refund has not posted. This company is based off of lies. I am disabled and I’ve had a stroke so I definitely did not intend to purchase this product then they want me to pay to send it back.

I LOVE THIS! I literally used it for a week before vacation for 20 min here and there every day and i saw results!! I love it and bow that im back home i watch my shows and workout and lose track of time and getting it in!!!!!
