Pilates App Subscription

Would be nice if you the company had more tranperancy when it comes to the app Subcription. The default choice is- You opt in to the subscription unless you somehow find the “Opt-out” check box, and get charged $52 14 days after purchase for the Monthly charge. Speaking of 14 days later, thats the free trial of the app subscription. Day one starts the day after purchase. They haven’t even shipped out your board and your’e already into your free trial. 7 days it took to receive the board. 7 days into the free trial. I purchased the board as a gift. I gift it 4 days after receiving it. So this person had a 14 day free trial but only received 3 days of that trial. Kind of dumb the way this is set up.

I was not aware of a $98 monthly subscription charge after purchase (which was applied at 5:00pm, after hours to talk to anyone) When I noticed the pending charge and I immediately sent email to cancel, the next day heard from someone that they couldn't reimburse the amount. Be aware of the extra charges after purchase.

This company charges you for the app on their “free trial” before you even download it or create a profile. Your trial starts before your items even arrive. What’s worse is I directly asked this question and was told that would not happen. That was disappointing and made ne feel ripped off.
