I used this matcha powder to make cupcake frosting and I was really impressed with the flavour and colour. It blended smoothly into the frosting and gave it a nice earthy matcha taste without being too bitter. The colour was vibrant and made the cupcakes look beautiful. Great quality matcha for baking and desserts — I would definitely order it again!
