Never tried to grow micro greens before. It’s very fun for the grandkids too!

An easy and economic way to have very fresh sprouts at home

This is a great and easy way to grow sprouts. Even my husband (who doesn't have a green thumb) can now grow is beloved alfalfa for his sandwiches. Until now, we have tried the alfalfa and the radish.The sprouts are fresh, crunchy and tasty. With only 1 tablespoon of alfalfa seeds you can grow almost 2 cups of high quality alfalfa sprouts (on the picture). It is very economic, comparing with the cost in grocery stores.

I sprout a jar of seeds every three days and have pretty much used the jarful every time a new crop is ready. Adds some structure to my days during isolation.
