Thoughtfully crafted
I'm so glad I added a jar of this to my latest order. It's a very special miso. I loved reading the story of how this came to be on the included card (the Hidatsa red beans are a rare and special indigenous heirloom variety), and it's even more delicious that the sum of it's parts. Perfect for summer!
