Super easy to grow in a jar. They germinate super successfully in a very quick amount of time. Tastier than those you buy in the store! Crunchy, slightly sweet and delicious in everything. . in a salad, piled on a sandwich, on avocado toast, you name it! Highly recommend.

Excellent sprouts! Exactly what they're supposed to do. Easy to maintain. I clean and lightly saute with chopped fresh garlic and scramble in eggs and serve on whole wheat buns for a quick and easy breakfast.
