Washed Strictly High Grown Blend (SHG) | Green Coffee

Great bean for milk based espresso drinks! Roasted to a med-dark and has been a huge hit in our espresso drinks! We will be ordering more of these beans!!

First taste

Ordered up a bag of each variety, First roasted this SHG 10 to 15 seconds into 2nd crack, The green beans are very clean, could not find any defects, shipped in Grainpro bags. let it sit for 2 days and now having my first shot of double espresso. Great crema and full bodied taste, chocolate and cocoa with a nice bitter aftertaste. Looking forward to roasting more.

Not a coffee I would offer to clients.

This particular coffee was sour with no distinctive flavor notes. It another out a little after an additional 4 days yet with little improvement. Not a coffee I would purchase. I wish I could give a better review. I'm excited about the geisha I roasted from you.
