I roast the beans in a 8 inch cast-iron skillet some or dark roast some light roast I love the mix. Light or dark. I really get the flavor of the berry.

I chose the Peruvian unroasted coffee beans the first time after reading the beans are from many small coffee farms in Peru, not from big plantations. The coffee tasted great. Been buying this choice of coffee beans ever since then.
