Love the chocolate and caramel flavor. Before roasting the beans, I need to separate the defective beans (insect damage, moldy, shells, quakers) to enjoy the coffee. Getting roughly 3 - 5% of defective beans from each bags of 2kg beans.

Body forward with caramel and graham cracker flavors

Roasted medium. Crema Delete. Concentrated graham cracker in the body with caramel flavors. It is kind of like nougat. Very hard to roast. It took 20 minutes to get it done. Brazil beans must be something else.

Lovely for espresso

Silky mouthfeel and a sweet finish for my espresso this morning, about a day off roast, 13.9% moisture loss, roasting in a Freshroast SR 800 with extension.
