I love the product but whatever changes have been recently made to where the product is shipped from has made the delivery time absolutely horrible! My order was place on May 25th, I did not receive my order until June 14th! 20 days to receive my monthly shipment is completely unacceptable. I have several other monthly shipments for other products and NONE of them take more than a week to get delivered! I also sent 4 emails to customer service and I didnt get a single response to any of them. My last email I demanded a full refund and the cancellation of my monthly subscription and instead of reply from anyone in the customer service department I got a text with a 20% off offer if I ever want to renew my subscription. I hope someone in management reads this and has enough pride in their job and the company to figure out what’s going on with the shipping process and also gets after their customer service department for not responding to any of my 4 emails.

Ways to take. Not sure what the flavor is. But it's not what they say. But it's not bad. Easy to stay consistent
