I am sharing this one star review not because of the remote. I understand wrong things are sent sometimes but I find it disrespectful and incompetent to send a email saying my remote was a C 20 over a two month period of finding it out for them to send me a C 17 remote. that I paid for instead of just letting me return it. It’s cheaper on Amazon anyway.
