Disappointing Decaf

This tea arrived very quickly. The English Tea Store has excellent shipping arrangements. Unlike some decaf black teas, this tea has flavor. Unfortunately for me, the flavor is not to my taste. The grade is PF - Pekoe Fannings. The leaf fragments are small. There is a high proportion of tea dust which passes through my tea strainers. I purchased empty drawstring teabags to use with the tea dust which is settling at the bottom of the tin into which I decanted the tea. I’ll be making my own teabags. When this tea is used up I will return to Barry’s Tea Decaf Blend which is only available in teabags.

Great cusomter service

When my order had not arrived in 2 weeks after I got the shipping notice (and the carrier showed no receipt of goods after the shipping label was created), ETS quickly sent out another shipment that arried in 2 days.

Not my favorite

I didn’t care for the flavor. It tasted like a less expensive blend and it was more like ground powder rather than loose leaves. I’ll try something different next time.
