Replacement Lid for The Sauna Bottle

I’m not so in love with the fact that there was no warranty for a smelly lid from a bottle I bought on July 2024. And the fact that no formal export process was done on your side so I had to pay for import duties on top of the usual tax. Can do better business, particularly with us Norwegians that are quite a big sauna aficionados community.

From start to finish, your company have been great website is easy to use with a prompt turn around. It’s great to have “spare parts” for your products. My bottle top handle broke on my original one and it’s nice to have a new one. Love also your sauna hats.
