Ice bath

The ice bath is a great size, is easy to assemble and drain etc. Unfortunately I ordered the pink one, and while this looked great at first, it’s been out for a month and spends a few hours a day in the sun, it’s now almost faded to white and looks really aged. So while I would recommend the ice bath itself, I wouldn’t recommend buying a bright coloured one.

Not happy !

I have received my ice bath. But having tried to get in touch with Lumi for at least three times- email/ chat box. . As my ufo lid does not inflate, as the value seal has delaminated. All I want is a replacement in mint green.

I ordered the bath and mat, for my existing chiller. Unfortunately my chiller broke the day I ordered. Attempted to cancel order as I am unable to afford a new chiller at present. The order still went through, so printed return labels and sent back immediately, still unboxed. The items were received back at lumis depot in the 1st, since then zero communication, zero money, zero response to my attempts to contact. Terrible!!!
