Great for starting a Smart home

recently purchased the Home Assistant Green, and overall I've been very impressed. Ordering and shipping was excellent—the package arrived on time, was well protected, and everything was in perfect condition. The setup process was surprisingly easy. If you're new to Home Assistant, my biggest recommendation is to be patient after plugging it in and powering it on. It may take a little while to download and install all of its updates before everything is ready, but once that's complete, the installation is straightforward. As a first-time Home Assistant user, there is definitely a learning curve. The interface offers a lot of flexibility, so expect to spend some time exploring and learning how everything works. The active community and documentation make the process much easier. One thing I found amusing is that Home Assistant detected some of my older smart devices almost immediately, while a few of my newer devices required a little more work to get connected. It wasn't a dealbreaker—just something I didn't expect. Overall, Home Assistant Green is an excellent choice if you're looking to get started with home automation. It's easy to set up, performs well, and has tremendous potential once you get past the initial learning curve. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone interested in building a smarter home.

Solid device. Zero issues.

I’d been putting the purchase and implementation of Home Assistant off because Hoobs was doing what I needed to do with Apple Home. Big mistake… Home Assistant did everything Hoobs did, and more. The Home Assistant Green hardware is rock solid, and easy to implement. A no brainer.
