Ergonomic Butterfly Pillow

I actually use it upside down, as it is once size fits all and it hurts my neck if the right way up. Also not a fan of the "wings" on the side... the husband is getting used to his, but certainly does not improve his snoring!

I have already communicated that I have engaged the button. I’ve waited 48 hours. I have fluffed the sides and there is still a large slant backwards to the pillow which makes sleeping on the pillow quite uncomfortable. I’m sure this is not normal therefore there must be a fault in the pillow because it does not look like this in the photos on your ad the pillow looks quite firm not with a slant backwards.

This product has been a game changer for me. I'm now sleeping so much better and getting a good night's sleep I should have gotten another one as I do a lot of traveling, I really need 2
