Just begun

I am only in my first few weeks of using this product. I am yet to see any significant changes I have blood tests next week so we will see if there have been any positive changes.

TOO BIG

I bought the kidneys one which says take 5 twice a day =10. They are just too big for me to swallow so haven't gone on with them. Sorry
