Ultimate Methylene Blue (60 Capsules)

Love the convenience of the capsules. Am starting to notice after a month of use,more energy and less brain fog. I look forward to continuing to monitor the progress of this supplement.

The capsules are so convenient no more blue mouth and one pill last for days. Even though I take one a day color is still there if you miss a day.

I wanted to love it, but. . .

I had been taking another brand of MB and felt fantastic, but wanted to try capsules instead so my mouth doesn't turn blue. Every day I took the capsules, I got a weird headache in the back of my head. I then tried the MB liquid from Earth Harmony, same headache. I finally switched back to what I had been taking and zero issues. In full disclosure, I'm super sensitive to everything, so I have to be cautious when I try new things and see how my body feels. If something makes me feel worse, I stop. I don't try to push through it. I don't know if staying on it longer would've stopped ny headaches, but it was enough of a reaction that I needed to stop and go back to my normal stuff.
