Women's Solid Color with Pockets Casual Loose Pants

The pants were too small and poor quality. I'm trying to return them but keep getting the run around. They want to only give me 5% of the value. I can only return them to China and they don't have a domestic return address. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOUR SITE!!!

I ordered a M as is my regular size. The waist is soo tight that I cannot wear them. I have submitted a return request.

The colors on the p us do not match your photos. Despite following the size chart, the shirt is much too big!
