The Original 'Dear Person Behind Me' Sweatshirt

I just sent a request to exchange this item for a larger size. I love the quality of this item, but need a larger size, as I received a medium, and I need larger. I think I ordered a large. Please advise as to how to proceed. Thank you

Well constructed and quality sweatshirt, and I look forward to wearing it when the weather starts to cool down again. I only wish it was more true to size. I had to return and exchange my first purchase for a larger size, despite my being a consistent size "L" elsewhere; and even in the XL I exchanged it for needs to be a bit longer in the torso - it seems to be shorter than it should be. All that said, I can still wear it and plan to do so.

I love the message this brings to those who doubt themselves…it has brought me to a better place… Note: The other day, I was in a hospital admissions office and a poster caught my attention. It made me think of your company and the messages you send to those who need to know the importance of their lives. I would like to share it with you. It was a colorful, flowered poster which read: “ Never underestimate the difference you make and The lives you touch” That poster reinforced your message and I thank you for helping to make us all feel our importance in this life we share with others.
