First, I received my parcel poorly packaged. I believe this has affected the leather of the bag. The arm straps definitely had some tears on the seams because of how it was folded/packaged. Second, the hardware is of cheaper quality. Third, it is much smaller than advertised. Fourth, it comes with a small, zippered, flimsy pouch that is supposed to stand as a liner for the bag.

I love my bag, I’m only disappointed with the insert they give me! It was supposed to be zippered with a tie and it came without the tie portion as advertised! Certainly looks a lot cheaper in finish!
