A Roobear family for life!

I’ve ordered from Roobear many times now, and it’s become one of my absolute favourite places to shop for my son. I look forward to Black Friday in July every year now! Their sales are so generous and make it dangerously easy to stock up for the next size. But the quality is what keeps me coming back. Their T-shirts in particular are incredible. My son wears them constantly, they go through the wash over and over, and months later they still look great. They don’t shrink or lose their shape, which is saying a lot for toddler clothes! We’ve also loved the super-soft bamboo PJs and sleep sacks, and a special shout out to the water bottles that never leak! I also have a soft spot for this company because they’re based in my hometown of Kelowna, BC. I love being able to support a local Canadian business, especially one that still feels genuinely personal as it grows. And that really shows in the customer service. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue with an order, the founder has been incredibly kind and personable. You never feel like you’re dealing with a faceless company or being shuffled through a customer-service system — she takes the time to help, even when I’m sure she has a million other things going on, and genuinely wants to make things right. Amazing quality, amazing sales, and wonderful people behind the brand. There’s a reason I keep coming back (and why my son’s closet keeps getting fuller!). ❤️

This pyjamas is so soft, it looks very comfy for my kid. I wish I had many more like that 😄
