I ordered these for the start of school. Initially I was concerned because they hadn't shipped the product, and I was assured that the order was placed but they couldn't guarantee it would be here in time due to the influx of orders they had. It seems like they hustled to get through orders, because the shoes arrived just in time for school Thank you!!

Thanks for making a natural shoe, but it falls apart and poor warranty.

My 2 year old completely wore out his shoes in 3 months, and warranty does not cover normal wear. The company said it was normal for the shoe to fall apart like that because its made of natural materials. The reason I bought the shoe is because its made of natural materials, but it should last longer than a few months. They offered 10% off my next purchase, so basically nothing.
