Wrong customer service informations

The shoes in itself seem good for now but before ordering i inquire about the product and i was told it came with insert which is not true and nothing was done after I express my disappointment about giving new customers wrong informations.

We love our Stonz shoes. My kids have been wearing them since they were able to walk. The have held up well and easy to throw in the washing machine when a cleaning is needed. I have tried the "Natural" style but the fabric quickly frayed (customer service addressed that issue). We have gone back to the "Original" style which I have found to be more durable.
