Size up
Bought these shoes for mt daughter for daycare as she was just starting to learn to walk. I love the shoe itself, my only issue is that she outgrew them within a month. I followed the size chart provided, I should have gotten a size bigger.

Major Disappointment
I really wanted to like these shoes, but unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The online return policy is terrible—returning the shoes is unnecessarily difficult and almost feels impossible, which makes me hesitant to order from this brand again.
Shopping online is also more expensive than buying the exact same model in-store, due to shipping costs and the lack of discounts or promotions available in-store.
Most importantly, I have a safety concern with the baby version. My baby can open the Velcro straps within seconds and immediately turns them into a toy, so the shoes don’t stay securely fastened. For a baby shoe, that is a major issue.
With the poor return policy, higher online cost, and Velcro safety issue, I feel like the purchase was a waste of money and would not buy another pair. There are plenty of other options at this price point.
I would not recommend the Cruiser™ Original - Baby.

The only shoe my little one likes!
I’ve ordered other shoes, more expensive ones thinking they’d be great, and my little one cries when we put them on. Stonz are the only ones that aren’t stiff, they have such a nice cushion on the back and it doesn’t seem like they need to be worn in - which is how it should be for a toddler show they won’t wear long before they grow out of it! Highly recommend :)
