Just OK
The flavor notes on this coffee are fairly muted compared to other Ethiopian beans I have tried(from Magnolia & other roasters). Personally I prefer the more traditional berry-forward flavors from Ethiopian beans. Brewed with both Aeropress & Hario Switch.

Refreshing to the last drop
I have been looking in to lighter roasts that are less dry. This one is similar to the Ethiopian Yaye bean I tried just before this. The fruits and aromas mingle well in to every cup out of the aeropress. The oil it yields is round and soft in flavor which comes out less dry tasting than most other beans I have had. These 2 are my favorites so far!

One of my favorites if the ethiopians
I found it to have grapes up front with some sweetness. And a nice dry finish.
