This is a delicious Ethiopian coffee with a little bit of fruit forwardness. I did have to set the manual grinder for a little bit coarser grind than I usually use because the pour over dripper duration was going out to 4 and 1/2 to 5 minutes and I like to keep it around 3 minutes 30 seconds. The ordering process all the way through to delivery was flawless. Thank you!

Finished it today. My wife and I really enjoyed it. I was trying to get fast drawdown and it was really excellent when I did.
