I ordered the coffee on July 2. UPS sent it to Winnipeg, CA. When they delivered the coffee back in the US, I had to pay $25 in duty! I contacted you twice by phone, and once by email. All I got was crickets from you. UPS would not help.

After 10 Years Of Searching

10 years ago, I purchased some Banko Gotiti from Brand X roasters. Finally, after 10 years of searching, I have now found The Real Thing again. I could not be happier. A beautiful cup of coffee with a lingering aftertaste that changes flavor balance as some flavor notes recede into the background faster than others.
