Coconut Sea Salt Body Scrub

Not happy with product

I called to speak with a customer service rep but recording said it was closed (I didn’t call in off hours) so I sent an email. I said I wasn’t happy with the waxy texture and residue the product left on my skin. I asked for refund or replacement advice. The reply did not address replacement or refund but stated that coconut oil can harden in lower temperatures but should be fine when used in the shower. So I tried it again on hands and forearms with warm water but still got a white waxy look when rubbed onto skin. (Think zinc oxide)It is a very unpleasant feel and just don’t like. And I am familiar with coconut products as I lived on Oahu for the past 24 years. I’m calling again today when they are open to request refund.

Half the amount of product without warning.

The jar of product was advertised as a sale but when received it was smaller and only half the amount of product. Extremely disappointing! I must now rethink any future purchases.
