Sleep (Melatonin + Magnesium + Glycine)

Brilliant combination of the three ingredients I want to help my sleep cycle. While the 4 pill serving size could be a hurdle for folks who struggle with larger capsules, no problem for me. Am appreciative of this offering.

Was previously taking a combination of pills for sleep support. This formula puts it all in one and also helps eliminate morning grogginess.

It’s a pleasant ritueel taking the sleep pills (also take glynac supplement). Fall asleep after reading a few lines. Wake up after about 5 hours.
