I love this oil. I was looking for an oil that is not a seed oil and doesn’t have a strong flavor like olive oil. I love olive oil but not in my baked goods. This is a fantastic alternative. It has a high smoke point so its great for frying too. Also a lot healthier than seed oils which I do not eat.
