This isn’t hard to install once you get over cutting a hole in the side of your house. The directions could have a little more detail Several of the items that you receive are not mentioned in the directions Some days the blower inside blows all day and night. Other days I don’t think it blows at all. But I think it’s much better than a window unit. And I hope it’s more efficient
