Labrador Pro Ebike

Just received the Labrador pro e-bike. Currently putting it together. It was packaged nice and secure. Looks like all parts are accounted for and in good condition.

Delivery was excellent and prompt. No damage and actually beyond expectations as most items are damaged these days. Bike went together easily and accessories were first rate. I had some tracking information errors and emailed PUCKIPUPPY and the response solved everything in a very timely manner. As for the bike itself, it is way beyond what I expected and have already recommended your company this week to a few people in the market for an e-bike. Last but not least, the price for bikes of this quality as well as the accessories make the choice for PUCKIPUPPY a no brainer. Hopefully you keep this up as there are very few companies that give a customer such quality and value for their hard earned money. Bought the Boxer ST for the wife and Labrador Pro for myself and we are both satisfied customers. Oh and the bike rack which was free with the order is top notch.

I had a juice before and it was a much more comfortable ride because the handlebars were more upright. There’s a definite delay in the accelerator switch and the odometer doesn’t seem to be accurate.
