Poodle Ebike

The bikes seem to be of high quality as far as welds and components. they ride nice and with the many adjustments for the handlebars and seats you can make it a comfortable ride. The included accessories need better instructions. The mirrors are pretty much useless as they vibrate horribly while riding and on one of the poodles when I went to mount a left side mirror it broke as I was starting to snug it up. The included water bottle holders leave you wondering where to mount them, so not used. the phone mount was really the only accessory I personally have installed and use. The tires and tubes are another issue. Maybe get with a reputable company and go with at least a better tube or include tire liners in the assembly process. got a flat first ride and upon very close inspection of the tire and tube , I could only find a very tiny hole in the tube and never found any evidence of a thorn or other cause. I replaced the tubes on both bikes with the Slime brand tubes and am going to add tire liners in the near future. Otherwise, a nice comfortable bike......So far.

I’m enjoying the bike. Very well built. Color looks different than the blue I ordered, looks grey to me. Enjoying it!

Got the Puckipuppy Poodle with Premium Accessories Package (separate review). Assembly was not terribly difficult. There are some issues with the instruction manual - headings with wrong titles & some odd phrasing that may be translation issues, but with a little focus, one can figure it out. The ride is nice, and everything functions as I expect, with just some slippage of gears, which I'm confident can be fixed with derailer adjustment. Throttle acceleration is nicely responsive and a great boon for climbing hills. I do wish the display had two things: a Battery Level gauge and a real-time clock display. One issue I have is that the Setting to "Clear Trip Data" when selected as "YES" only clears the data that one time. It does not (as stated in the instructions) clear the trip data EVERY time the system is keyed off.
